Unitel's superconducting laser is patented and the corporation is prepared to market its products worldwide.
The Prototype 1-A, in addition to the NMR medical, quantum computer, and aerospace designs are an adaptation from the original patent. Unitel plans to build manufacturing facilities and employ Americans across the country. A new industry will quickly form based on Unitel's patent, as did the computer industry with the invention of the silicon chip. Upon applying for a patent with a generic version of their design, entitled the "Acousto-Electromagnetic Hologistic Resonant System ", U.S. patent no. 4,817,102 (including ten claims) was awarded to Larry D. Maurer and Michael E. Miller as co-inventors on March 28, 1989. In addition, a patent was applied for in Japan and granted. The Japanese are even more strict in their patent requirements than the Americans. Our invention was rigorously analyzed by their experts, who have agreed that our design is feasible. The patent is public information and can be found in the U.S. patent library. Unitel has 10 claims in the patent. A claim represents something that is totally unique and has never been done before. Several major advancements in physics have been made during the last decade that strengthen our position. |
